Bhatia Brothers Group companies are now ISO 9001:2008 certified

We are pleased to announce that Bhatia Brothers FZE( ISD- Retail, ISD EPC, Export), Petrogulf WII, BB Automotive,

BB Industrial Retail, TPC FZE have successfully implemented and passed the auditing requirements for ISO

'9001:2008 and have been granted a certificate of registration effective October 31, 2013. Achieving ISO 9001:2008

certification is a terrific milestone for all the business units of Bhatia Brothers and our customers. This standard

specifies Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, focused on an organization's ability to meet and

improve upon customer satisfaction and quality requirements.

The ISO 9001:2008 international standard is one of the most widely adopted and requires that the organization’s

procedures, policies, and processes ensure consistency in the quality of the services and or products that it

provides to its customers. To achieve this Bhatia Brothers Group companies went through extensive evaluations of

their Quality Management System records and documentation as well as management and employee interviews so

successful certification assures customers that Bhatia Brothers Group companies is dedicated to service quality,

customer satisfaction, and continual improvement.

is now an OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 certified

ISO 14001 is a voluntary international standard of the International Standard Organization that defines the

requirements for establishing, implementing and operating an environmental management system (EMS). To meet

the requirements of ISO 14001:2004, a company must implement an EMS that identifies and controls the company’s

environmental impact, reduces the risk of pollution, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and commits

the company to continual improvement of its environmental performance. OHSAS 18001 is an internationally

recognized assessment specification for occupational health and safety management systems. We believe that this

demonstrates our constant efforts in improving the safety of our workplace environment and employees as well as

their health. We are committed to enhancing occupational health and safety, which is vital especially for a

Healthcare organization.
