The Group has a fully equipped ‘State of the Art’ workshop to provide value-added services to various ‘Piping Contractors’. C&JGulf Pipe Coating Est. (a Group Company) is the only facility in the UAE for Internal Cement Lining of Pipes and Fittings.
Located at Mussafah in Abu Dhabi, C & J has dedicated teams for Design, Engineering, Testing, QA/QC, and Certification.
In addition to Cement Lining, We believe in providing the full gamut of services under a single Umbrella. To achieve this we also offer finishing operations. These services can be offered either in-house or in-situ (offshore/onshore) as per the client’s requirement.

Internal Cement Lining

Factory Lining of Pipes and Fittings: The lining in straight pipes is applied by the spinning / centrifugal method. Skilled operators/technicians carry out cement lining of configured pipe spools and fittings manually.

In Situ Lining of Pipelines: Large-sized pipelines are cement lined after installation for easy transportability and better maneuverability.

Jointing Systems: For cement-lined pipes such as stubs, sleeves, and jointing compounds to cater to the complete lining requirements.
